A recruitment advertising and introduction service run from Bishan, Singapore. We publish home-based roles and pass applications to the employers offering them. We are not the employer, and we do not supervise or pay anyone who is hired.
Employers pay for the advertising and introductions they use. The people applying pay us nothing at all, now or later, and no deposit or training charge is ever part of our process.
Before a role goes up, we confirm that we can reach the employer and that the description matches what they told us. We are not an auditor or a regulator. We do not inspect workplaces, review an employer's finances or monitor how a job is carried out after hiring.
We do not promise a job offer, a set income, a minimum number of hours or how quickly anyone will be paid. Those are decided between you and the employer, and you should have them in writing before you start.
Every listing comes from an employer we have spoken with directly. We do not copy roles from other websites or invent listings to collect contact details.
No one from GoodLuckCareers will ask you for money, a one-time passcode, your Singpass login, a banking password or a transfer of any kind. A request like that, whoever it claims to come from, is not from us.
Your application goes to our HR team and then to the employer for the role you picked. Nothing is sold or used for marketing. The Privacy Policy lists every service provider involved.
What our advertising says should match what this site says. If you see a difference, tell us and we fix the one that is wrong.
Email careers@goodluckcareers.com with what happened and, if you have one, a screenshot. Concerns about a listing, an advertisement or someone misusing our name all go to that address. We reply in writing and keep what you send confidential.
We look into every report. If a listing turns out to be inaccurate, it comes down and any advertising for it stops while we check with the employer.
Employers who advertise with us agree to describe each role honestly, to tell us when it closes, to give applicants written terms before any work starts and to pay the people they engage themselves. An employer that asks applicants for money, or misdescribes a role, is removed from the site.
We keep a note of each listing, the date it went up, when it changed and when it came down, along with the complaints we received and what we did about them. That record lets us answer questions about a past advertisement and spot a pattern if the same problem comes up twice.
Every email is read by someone on our team, not an automated system. If a concern is urgent, for example you think someone is using our name to ask for money, put the word Urgent in the subject line and it is looked at first.
This statement is reviewed whenever our process changes, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
