These terms apply to goodluckcareers.com, run by GoodLuckCareers from Bishan, Singapore (email careers@goodluckcareers.com). By using the site or applying for a role, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
"Site" means goodluckcareers.com and its pages. "We" and "us" mean GoodLuckCareers. "You" means anyone using the site. "Employer" means the organisation offering a role we advertise. "Listing" means a description of a role on the site.
We advertise home-based roles and introduce interested applicants to the employers offering them. We are a recruitment intermediary, not the hiring employer. The employer decides who is hired and sets the contract, supervision, working arrangements and pay.
Sending an application does not make you our employee or contractor, and it does not guarantee an offer from any employer.
The site is meant for adults in Singapore who are looking for work. You must meet the eligibility and work-authorisation requirements that apply to the role you choose.
Each listing should be read as a whole, including its duties and conditions. Roles fill and details change. When a role closes or changes in a way that matters, we update or remove the listing once we know. If something looks wrong or contradictory, email careers@goodluckcareers.com and name the listing.
You complete the short form, then send a WhatsApp message to our HR team. Opening WhatsApp alone does not send your application; you need to press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email us and we will arrange another way. An employer may ask for more information or a conversation before making an offer.
Give true information and apply for yourself. Do not apply on someone else's behalf unless they have asked you to help and agree to it.
Applicants do not pay GoodLuckCareers anything, at any stage. Employers pay for the advertising and introductions they use. We will never ask you to buy cryptocurrency, top up an account, pay to unlock work or send money to release wages. If anyone does, in our name or linked to one of our listings, stop and email us.
Pay is set by the employer. Before accepting any work, get written confirmation from the employer of its legal name, the duties, how you are engaged, the rate or how pay is worked out, the expected hours or workload and when you will be paid. We do not promise any level of income, a minimum amount of work or a start date.
We are responsible for what we write and advertise. Employers are responsible for the information they give us and for their own obligations to the people they hire. If our advertising and this site ever disagree on something that matters, we correct it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how application details are handled. WhatsApp and any employer you are introduced to have their own policies, which apply to what they hold.
Do not pretend to be someone else, send applications you know are false, submit another person's details without permission, upload harmful code, scrape the site in bulk or do anything that interferes with how it works.
You may view the site and save or print a copy of a page for your own job search. You may not copy it to another website, sell its content, alter it, or try to decompile any part of it. This permission ends automatically if you break these terms.
The text, design and layout of the site belong to GoodLuckCareers or are used with permission. Photographs are licensed stock images and do not show real applicants or employer staff.
Buttons on the site open WhatsApp and email. We do not control those services and are not responsible for how they work.
We try to keep the site online, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that a role will stay open for the whole time you are applying. We may pause the site for maintenance without notice.
Apart from what the law does not allow us to exclude, the site is provided as it is. We make no promise that it is suitable for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or free of errors.
The site may contain typing, technical or factual mistakes. We may correct them at any time without notice, and a mistake does not create an obligation we would not otherwise have.
To the extent the law allows, GoodLuckCareers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud.
If you break these terms, for example by submitting another person's details without permission, you are responsible for the loss that causes to us or to others.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by things we cannot reasonably control, such as outages at a hosting or messaging provider.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
These terms and the Privacy Policy make up the full agreement between you and us about using the site. We may transfer our rights under them to someone who takes over the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection that the law gives you.
We publish changes on this page with a new date, and material changes do not apply to anything that happened before they were published. Questions go to careers@goodluckcareers.com.
